Foundation & Progressive Band Experience

This agreement exists between the customer ("you" or the "Lessee") renting an instrument and The Wind Academia ("TWA").

At the end of the rental period, you must either renew the Agreement or return the instrument to the store.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time before the expiration date by returning the instrument to TWA. A receipt will be provided for your records. Any past due payments, service charges, or repair bills must be settled at the time of the instrument return.

You are responsible for bringing the instrument to the TWA Service Centre for servicing or repairs and for collecting it upon completion. Collection or delivery services can be arranged, and all associated transport charges must be fully paid by you upon requesting the service.

You are fully responsible for the instrument and its safe return to TWA. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will be liable for the cost of repairs, which must be performed exclusively by TWA. If the instrument is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, you are liable and agree to pay TWA seventy percent (70%) of the retail value of a new instrument similar in specifications to the one rented, regardless of the instrument’s age or condition. TWA shall be the sole judge in all such cases.

No other person or repair shop may perform work on the instrument other than TWA. Any damages resulting from unauthorized work will be repaired by TWA at your expense.
